Sessions are typically 1 hour long. The extra 15 mins in each time slot allows for late arrival, organization of the day's session, planning for your next session etc. If you need more than 1 hour, you may book up to three (3) consecutive sessions. If you have a particular worksheet or handout in digital format that you would like to cover, please indicate this in the additional information area. You may be asked to provide the file in advance to facilitate your tutor's preparation for the session.

If you'd like to book a group session, please indicate how many students you expect to be in the group using the additional information area. Once you choose and confirm a time slot, we may contact you to provide additional session information such as hourly rate etc. If this will be your first time meeting with one of our tutors, your appointment is NOT CONFIRMED until you are contacted and is subject to cancellation if we cannot reach you so please take the time to look over the information you provide below for accuracy. If you believe that any of the information you submit below is incorrect, please contact us so we can update your appointment. The fields marked with an * are required.

If you need to cancel or alter a session, please send us an email at least 24 hours before your scheduled time slot so that the slot can be made available to other students.
