Who are we?

Track 2 Success was started in 2000 as a small one-on-one math tutoring business catering to the needs of local students in the Tampa Bay Area. This website was created to facilitate the needs of students who learn best with one-on-one interaction. Currently, we offer help in most math and a few computer science/engineering courses. However, we are in the process of expanding to meet the needs of students enrolled in other courses. Check back with us often for new subjects added.

What kind of help is available?

We offer help via three different methods:-

One-on-one tutoring.

If you live in the Kissimmee or Orlando, FL Area and would like one-on-one math tutoring, please visit our Tutoring page under Services to see if your course is available and to request a tutoring session. Provide the required information and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.

Homework Help.

We provide solutions with explanations to most math courses and a few computer science courses. If you have problems you would like to obtain the solutions to, please visit our Homework Help page under Services for more information and to submit your questions.

Pre-written Course Study Guides and Tutorials.

Over the next couple months we will be adding PowerPoint and PDF files that cover the topics in math that are generally difficult to master for most. The tutorials will contain step by step explanations, worked examples and extra practice with solutions. Our goal in creating these tutorials is to allow you to work at your own pace and to make learning these concepts easier. We provide a selection of study guides, workbooks and solutions for standardized tests which can be purchased online and shipped to your home or made available for instant download. Do you have tutors in my area?

Currently we only have tutors in the Kissimmee and Orlando, FL Area but we hope to expand in the future to include live tutoring online as well as tutoring centers in other areas. In the meantime, feel free to take advantage of our electronic homework help if you live outside of these areas.

What subjects do you offer?

We specialize in math and computer science but will expand in the future to include other areas. Check out our Tutoring and Homework Help pages for more information on the courses we offer as they differ for each service.

How do I receive homework help or tutoring?

Submit a request on the Tutoring or Homework help page under Services.

What are the fees for homework Help?

The fees differ by subject area. We charge by the problem and NOT by time to keep our rates reasonable and fair. Unlike other companies who bill by time, we believe that charging by problem provides incentive to our tutors to get the work done in a timely manner. After you submit your problems, we evaluate them and provide an estimate with the total cost and expected delivery time. Once you accept the terms, we complete the solutions and email you a sample plus the invoice for payment. Students must then pay the entire invoice before we email the complete solutions. Payments are securely processed with PayPal. If you are not happy with the solutions, contact us...we want you to feel secure that you will get what you are paying for.

What are the fees for one-on-one tutoring?

This also varies by course but is charged by the hour. Discounts are offered for multiple sessions. Submit a request on our Tutoring page and someone will contact you with our affordable rates.

What should I do if the file I received gives me an error when I try to open it?

Unless you specify otherwise, solutions are handwritten and delivered in pdf format so you will need a pdf viewer such as Adobe Reader to view and print the file. If you would like to receive the document in another format, please indicate the in your request description. Solutions can be handwritten or typed and can be saved either in PDF, DOC, XLSX or JPG format. You will need either Microsoft Word or Open Office to open DOC files and Microsoft Excel to open XLSX files but you should need no special software to open JPG files. If you cannot open the file or would like your solutions resent in another format, submit a ticket on our contact us page using the subject "RE: Received Solutions".

When will I receive the solutions to the questions I submitted? I'm in a hurry!!!

In our submission form, you are required to specify a due date and time. All requests are done in the order they are received and will usually have a turnaround period of 1 to 24 hours. The exceptions to this are questions submitted during high volume periods (midterms and finals) and assignments that are lengthy. Though we do accept rush orders, we ask that you submit your questions as far in advance as possible especially during high volume periods. If we cannot provide solutions within your requested time frame, you will be notified by phone or email.

Are you there? I never received a response to my request!

We pride ourselves in responding to your requests in a timely manner. If you submitted a request for homework help or tutoring and receive no response within 24 hours please submit a support ticket on the contact us page so we can further assist you.

How do I pay for these services?

If you receive one-on-one tutoring, you can pay for the session at the time of tutoring. You can also prepay for multiple sessions if you choose (and receive a 10% discount). Payment for homework help is made online via PayPal which ensures that your information is keep private and secure. You must pay for solutions before they are sent to you.

Is my personal information safe?

Your information is perfectly safe with us here at Track 2 Success. Payments are made through PayPal’s secure system so we neither see nor keep your credit card information on file. We do not distribute email addresses or any other personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Can I share my solutions with the class?

We offer discounts to you if you refer friends and family to our site and they use our services. It is in our best interest and yours as well to not share materials. Redistribution of materials copyrighted by Track 2 Success violates our Terms and Conditions and is prohibited.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? I don't feel like waiting.

At this time, we do not have a physical location. Our contact address is our mailing address so you cannot purchase, pick up or exchange books at this location. All materials will need to be shipped to you. We are, however, looking forward to opening a physical location soon and will post an update on our website once it is open.

What gives? I never received my order.

When you check out, you will be asked to provide your shipping address. Please double-check that you entered the correct address before you submit your order. We are Not Responsible for packages shipped to old or incorrect addresses. If your receipt shows that you provided the correct address, please contact us and upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered.

Can I get a refund? I don't need the solutions anymore... 

Digital downloads purchased on our site are non-refundable for any reason. The payment confirmation page provides a link to your order information where you will find the links to download any digital products purchased. Unless there was a problem with your payment method, download links are automatically generated and provided immediately after purchase. Unless otherwise specified, you are allowed 3 download attempts over the course of 5 days. If you accidentally close the payment confirmation page and do not receive your confirmation email within a couple hours of purchase, contact us immediately so that we may provide your order details. We try our best to respond to email requests as they arrive.

Custom homework and question solutions are also non-refundable. Please carefully review our Refund Policy before purchase. If you need assistance with choosing the right item, please feel free to contact us.

Can I get a refund? I purchased the wrong book... 

We encourage our students to check with their counselors and testing office to confirm the test they are taking before purchasing any one of our books. Since we do not have a physical location, you will be required to pay the full cost of shipping the wrong book back to us and having the correct book sent to you. Please carefully review our Refund Policy before purchase. If you need assistance with choosing the right book, please feel free to contact us.
