Submit your sales order request

If you are ready to adopt any of our books and would like to place an order, please complete and submit the form below. After submission, we will calculate the total cost including discounts and shipping and email you an invoice for the order total. You may pay the invoice up front or send us a purchase order to postpone payment until after the items are delivered.

Once the order has been confirmed, it is processed within 2 to 7 business days depending on quantity ordered and current demand. Large orders of 100 copies or more may take longer but we will ship packages are they are prepared. Therefore, books may arrive in multiple packages.
